What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation during which you feel very comfortable. You hear and remember what is said, the same way you remember a conversation.
Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to achieve a change in your life, to achieve a goal.
How Does Hypnotherapy Work?
During hypnosis, you are more in contact with your unconscious mind. Because your unconscious mind has the job of helping you achieve your goals, and because you are in better contact with it in hypnosis, you can tell it what your goals are more easily.
During hypnosis, you are also more able to follow suggestions that lead to what you want or how you want your life to be in many areas. You will never follow suggestions that lead to something you do not want.
